Terms of Service

These terms of service constitute the agreement between American Dial Tone ("Company") and the customer identified in the account information ("Customer") in connection with the customer's purchase of service from the Company.

Money Back Guarantee
We offer a money back guarantee if you terminate your service within the first 7 days without using it. 7 days is measured from the date you paid to start service. Contact our customer service department during normal business hours.

Method of Delivery
The toll free access number needed to access your new long distance service will be given to you by your sales agent at the time of purchase. You can also get the access number by calling our customer service line. Your account is verified by Caller ID when placing calls. Calls must be made from the phone number registered with your account.

Customer Service
We offer customer service by email and by telephone during our regular office hours.

Residential and Business Use
Our residential rates are intended for use by residential customers only. We reserve the right to immediately terminate service without refund if we determine that our residential service is being used for business purposes, including in-home business and internet access. Normal residential use is considered to be less than 2000 minutes per month.

Type of Use and Restrictions
Our service is intended for person to person voice use. It is not intended for use as a dial up computer connection. Nor is it to be used for calling chat lines or other types of social network services, adult or otherwise. We reserve the right to terminate use immediately without refund if we determine that our service is being used in this manner.

Length of Service
Our service is provided month to month. You may terminate at any time without penalty. Your service expires on your home phone service due date. Your service is refreshed upon payment or the day after your due date whichever comes later.

Automatic Renewal
Your service will automatically renew each month when you make your monthly payment. You may cancel your service before your renewal date by calling our customer service number. Your minutes are refreshed on the day after your phone service due date provided that your monthly payment has been made. If payment has not been made, your service will become inactive on the day following your due date and remain inactive until payment has been made.

Taxes, Fees, and Other Charges
Federal, State, and Local governments may assess taxes, surcharges, or fees on your use of our service. These fees may be a flat fee or a percentage of your monthly charges. Prices quoted on our website do not include taxes or fees that may be imposed by law. Your total price will be subject to applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges for your use of our service.

Customer's Acceptance of These Terms of Service
The customer signifies it's irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service upon placing an order for service. Placing an order for service is defined as submitting information to us with the intention of being able to use our service.
